Special Interests - Lifestyle Medicine:

I completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Exercise Prescription in 2015/16 through Trinity College Dublin, which focused on using physical activity in the prevention and treatment of chronic disease and lifestyle conditions. This was the start of my interest in what is now known as Lifestyle Medicine, and I have been pursuing this interest clinically ever since.

I spent 2023/2024 studying further and recently completed the Core Accreditation Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine through the British Association of Lifestyle Medicine (https://bslm.org.uk)

In 2025 I completed a 100 hour Diploma in Health Coaching, which has helped put all the previous knowledge and skills together in a way that I can deliver directly to patients.
